The duct clamp is made out of steel and the size is 455mm.
Function
The screw clamp employs a stainless steel band which wraps around ducting as it makes a connection with a barb or nipple. The screw on the outer portion of the band is then turned with a flat head screwdriver, and the tightening action of the screw fits the band to the port, forming a secure connection to clamp together ducts.
Applications
The clamp is used to clamp together ducts and appliances, working with automotive components, and other instances where ducting and hoses need to be secured. For example, it will attach aluminum ducts to other aluminum ducts or products of the same size.

Hello Paul, thank you for your question. Our 20 inch duct clamps can open to a max diameter of 23". We call it a 20" duct clamp because its a ideal to tighten a duct over a 20" opening. If your opening is a tab bit large than 20" this clamp should work just fine.
