Function
The HVAC industrial flexible air ventilation duct allows air to travel through helix wire-framed ducting, circulating fresh air or removing unwanted air. One end of the air duct can be attached via strap to a ventilator, and the ducts can be attached to one another, inter-connecting them, using the same strapping method. The PVC fabric of the AC ducting ensures fire-resistance, and the exit end is fortified with a steel collar. The fabric of the duct ensures heat-resistance and can endure aging, burning, and acid.
Applications
This AC flex duct may be used in conjunction with portable ventilators and duct systems to remove toxic fumes created during the welding process. It prevents oxygen shortages in manholes or tunnels and increases air supply in any construction environment suffering from poor air quality.

DEELAT PVC flexible ducts are not specifically designed for dog agility tunnels but can certainly be used for it. We would say this is probably the best option for a dog agility tunnel because of the size, length, durability and price.

Yes you should be able to use this duct for an air return under a home. Usually for HVAC applications we recommend to use one of our insulated ducts.

Although the duct is made of sturdy pvc material it will not hold up to continued chewing from vermin.
The rings are fully attached both inside and out.

This product is a 10" duct. DEELAT sells a 9" industrial duct which would be better to use with an 8" fan. You can tighten the duct over the 8" fan with a duct clamp. We wouldn't recommend trying to use the 9" duct with a 10" fan as stretching the duct could cause it to rip.
DEELAT HVAC Industrial ducts are indeed fire vapor proof as well as waterproof and anti-corrosive. You should have no problem using these to run hazard fumes. We also have explosion proof ducting available as well.
