Make Sure You Have The Essentials

While standing (for the adults) and running around (for the kids) are normal parts of any good BBQ, you still need to make sure you have enough chairs for everyone, so investing in some stackable chairs that you can keep in storage is a must. Another thing you might not think about but will definitely need, is some trays for carrying around all the sauces, cutlery, napkins, etc.

You have to make sure you’ve got the best fuel for the job, depending on what kind of BBQ you have, and also know when the best time to start cooking is, which is usually just after the flames have died down, when the coals are at their hottest. It goes without saying that you need to keep an eye on the temperature to make sure everything is cooking properly, and that just leaves you with selecting the right food for you and your guests.
