Upper Rings

Upper rings are an essential part of any sun tunnel roof installation. Generally their role is to bridge the gap between the rigid tunnel tubing and the ceiling or roof parts. They often feature convenient slots that allow them to be inserted and then twisted securely into place. They come in different sizes with regards to both the hight and throat diameter. These details must be checked in order to ensure that the ring is compatible with the existing or separately purchased rigid tube system.

This Upper Ring is 250mm high and contains slots that match-up to the lugs on the Breather Frame. With a simple twist the ring can be attached to all Roof Parts. This is a requirement for all Rigid98 Tube Systems.

Lower Ring for 343mm Dome and Tubing

This Lower Ring is 155mm high and is a requirement for most units. Its function is to fill the gap between the Rigid Lengths and the Ceiling Parts. Note that a warehouse kit will not need this component.
